The above said American Pit Bull Terrier is sold as a pet for the total price of $_____________.
A deposit of $_______________ ($200 minimum) is hereby made on _______________ and the
cash balance is due to the Seller before the dog is placed in the Buyer’s possession.
Registration papers will also be held until balance is paid in full. The Buyer understands that
once a deposit is made, it is a commitment to buy said dog and is therefore NONREFUNDABLE.
Buyer will forfeit the deposit and said dog may then be re-sold if not paid in full by specified date:

IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL BE
MET AND THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Seller guarantees this is a purebred American Pit Bull Terrier, offspring of the previously
mentioned Sire and Dam.
Buyer certifies that he/she is not acting as an agent for another individual in the purchase of this
dog, and will not sell this dog to any mass-producing kennel (puppy mill) or business.
Buyer agrees not to engage in fighting this dog and not to sell said dog or its descendants to
someone who will fight said dogs.
At the expense of the Buyer, a licensed veterinarian should examine this dog within 48 hours of
possession to validate Health Guarantee. (If purchased on a Saturday, this requirement is
extended through the following Monday.) Should this dog be found in ill health, the cause of
which is clearly attributable to the Seller, this dog may, upon written diagnosis from a
veterinarian, be returned to the Seller for refund of purchase price or for another dog of equal
value, the choice to be determined by the Seller. No other warranties are expressed or implied
unless explained by Seller below: Buyer releases Seller and their estate from any and all
liabilities and/or damages by fault of this dog after the time of sale. These damages include, but
not limited to, destruction of property and/or physical damage to any person or group of people.
Buyer agrees to keep the prefix HHK in the dogs registered name
This contract is made out in duplicate. The Seller and the Buyer each to receive one copy.
